• Social media connections — when you connect Instagram, Facebook or other platforms, we receive access tokens to post on your behalf
• Device information — browser type, operating system and IP address for security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Mork service
• Generate AI-powered social media posts on your behalf
• Schedule and publish content to your connected social media accounts
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you transactional emails (verification codes, trial reminders, receipts)
• Improve our AI models and service quality
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. AI-Generated Content

Mork uses artificial intelligence to generate images, captions and hashtags. Our AI systems only use information you explicitly provide — your message, brand details and preferences. We do not fabricate facts, contact details, prices or any other specific information. All AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before publishing.

Images are generated using third-party AI services including OpenAI (DALL-E) and Replicate. Your prompts may be processed by these services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Social Media Integrations

When you connect your Instagram, Facebook or other social media accounts to Mork, we receive access tokens that allow us to post content on your behalf. We use these tokens only to publish content you have approved. We do not access your private messages, followers or any data beyond what is necessary to post on your behalf.

You can revoke Mork's access to your social media accounts at any time through the settings of each platform.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
